Located in the Heart of Hillsdale, set in a Pre Civil War building, nearly 200 years old, this apartment is a fusion of old and new influences. Furnished with antique, vintage and modern items, with the North light streaming through 7 foot Original windows, the feeling is fresh and cheery 76 North is across from city hall, 1/2 a block from the shops, eateries, downtown, and the the bike path, and beautiful Stocks Park, and only 5 blocks from the College. Good to know

The most outstanding feature of the apartment is the tall ceilings and 7 foot windows. From this second floor apartment, you get a great birds-eye view of the scene on the street.

To avoid extra work and confusion, we would greatly appreciate it if you would deposit used towels, sheets, spreads, and pillow cases in laundry basket provided. Clean laundered towels and bedding are provided for each guest. -We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the house. Please be considerate of other guests. We ask that you smoke inside your vehicle or outside well away from windows and doorways so that smoke doesn't waft in the rooms. This includes Cigarette, pot, and cigar smoke. Please keep our space a safe and enjoyable place for all guests.

We are located in the downtown commercial area of a small city, in the Heart of Hillsdale. Most of the neighbors are businesses, some with apartments over them. Mostly independant businesses, you are likely to be served by the owner.Owners and employees of downtown businesses are all friendly and hospitable. If they know your name, you will likely be greeted by your first name when you enter an establishment. It is a very different experience than you would have in a chain store or a superstore.

Guest Access

The space is a private apartment and you will be able to access and use full kitchen, bathroom w/shower, Living room with 40" TV and desk, Bedroom with Queen size bed. On the same floor, next door, is a laundromat with washer and dryer which is available for all occupants of the building. Discounts are available depending on length of stay: 2 day stay, 15% discount, 1 week stay, 20% discount, 1 Month stay, 25% discount Weather permitting, If desired, you may use one of the buildings rental bikes free of charge to get around town or visit the bike trail. If more than one guest is interested in a bike, the additional bikes are available to guests at a very reasonable daily rate.

Each apartment provides a free rental bicycle for the duration of your stay, if you request. For additional bikes for friends or guest, a small daily fee is charged. Bike program not available in winter.
